3-Axle Heavy Duty Vacuum-Tank-Trailer With a Capacity Of 28000 Ltr. The Tank Superstructure Is Made Of Stainless Steel.
The Vacuum Tank Is Provided With Fully Rear Opening Made Of 6 Mm Dished Plate And Fitted With Acid Resistant Sealing Gasket. There Are 4 Tightening Bolts To Secure The Rear Opening Absolutely Tight And Vacuum Proofed. The Rear Opening Is Supported By Heavy-Duty Hinges And To Be Opened Hydraulically By Manual Operated Pump. At The Lowest Part Of The Rear Dish-End 2 Flanges Are Mounted.
Cylindrical Vac Tank Shape. At The Front Part Of The Main-Frame Is The Vacuum Pump Unit Placed. The Vacuum Pump Is Driven From a Diesel Engine. The Front Part Of The Trailer Superstructure Is Special Reinforced.
The Vacuum-Tank Shape Is Cylindrical, Capacity 15000 l. With 1 Tank Compartment But With Open Sections, Separated By Splash-Walls Only. The Tank Itself Is Manufactured Of High-Grade Stainless Steel 1.4301, Electrically Welded Throughout With Accurately Finished Welding Seams. The Material Thickness Of The Vacuum Tank Is Not Less Than 5 - 6 Mm. Dished Bulkheads On Both Sides. Even The Pipes, Valves And All Parts Which Are In Contact With Fluid Are Made Of Stainless Steel.
Vacuum-Pump Unit With Separate Diesel Engine Mounted At The Front End Of The Trailer Chassis.
The Front Part Of The Trailer Superstructure (Where The Vacuum Pump Unit With Engine Is Mounted) Is Special Reinforced To Take The Whole Load Of The Vacuum Pump Unit And 4-Cylinder Diesel Engine Without Support To The Front Dish-End Or Any Other Part Of The Tank.
The Water Cooled Vacuum Pump (Jurop® Pr250) Is Driven By 4-Cylinder Diesel Engine Unit (Iveco F32Mnsx00) With 12 Volt Starting Device And Battery.
A Slidable Canopy Is Mounted On Both Sides And Front Part Of The Vacuum Unit To Protect The Whole System From Heavy Rain And Pollution.
The Operational Panel Is Mounted In a Lockable And Waterproofed Box.
